This is seriously the best dentist imaginable for kids. My son has been going for about two years now and he always has fun while he’s there. He actually looks forward to visits! They help turn scary things into fun things and treat the kids with such kindness and patience. I tried them on a whim when I moved to the area, and am so glad I did. We will take him here until he ages out. Every tech and hygienist we have met has been so great with my son, and the dentist is wonderful too! I wish I had this kind of care as a kid…I probably wouldn’t have developed a fear of dental work if I had!

My daughter’s first appointment at Beach Kids Dentistry was an absolute dream! She is only a year and a half old, and I was definitely nervous thinking about how she would react. The staff was FABULOUS! Everyone was friendly. When they called us back, the nurse, Kayla, took a Polaroid picture of my daughter and gave it to her to take home. She was also allowed to choose a sticker while waiting for the dentist. Before her exam, Dr. Ashley came over and showed her everything that she would be using so that she wouldn’t be scared. She showed my daughter her gloves, let her touch them, let her watch her put them on, and showed her some of her tools. For her actual exam they let her stay in my lap, go knees to knees with the doctor, and lean my daughter back into her lap so that she didn’t have the additional fear of sitting in the dental chair for her first visit. Dr. Ashley was quick, efficient, thorough, informative, and patient. After the appointment they gave my daughter a “ticket” with her name on it to drop into a large fish bowl for a drawing later, and let her choose a toy for doing so well. They assured me that we will go at her pace over her next few appointments to transition her to sitting in the dental chair, brushing her teeth with a regular toothbrush, and then moving to the circular brush. After only one appointment I completely understand why their reviews are so good. I am glad so that we chose this dentist and we will definitely be back!
We had our first appointment here today, and the entire experience was amazing! They scheduled all three of my young children together for my convenience, and still took the time and care to speak to each one individually. All of the hygienists were kind, friendly and cheerful, as well as the dentist. This was my three-year-old’s first time ever and they honestly had a really good time, as did my six-year-old. We will definitely be back!
Today was my 2.5 year old son’s first ever dental appointment and the staff from the front desk all the way to Dr. Ashley were so friendly and kind!! My son was so excited when we got there and by the time we left. He was so excited and got to pick out a toy! I love that the staff is so wonderful with kids and speaks encouraging words to them as they are going through their procedures. So happy we were referred here and I will be referring them as well! Thank you!
This place is incredible. The hygienists are really great with the kids. They make it a fun experience! The dentists are amazing as well. I always leave knowing my child was well cared for. They also don’t try to push anything unnecessary on you. I just really love it here.

Today was my daughter’s first experience at a dentist and it went surprisingly well. My daughter was extremely nervous and Anna, the dental assistant, was so patient and understanding. She was willing to work with what my daughter felt comfortable doing today and explained each tool and what she was going to do prior to doing it. Everyone was very friendly, welcoming and kind to my nervous little one. I highly recommend Beach Kids Dentistry because my daughter who has been fearful of going to the dentist for months got home today and said she had fun at the dentist.
This practice is amazing! Our 9 yo has a lot of sensory issues around his mouth. The staff was so patient and kind. The hygienist help calm him down during an outburst from over stimulation and was so kind and reassuring. Everyone was very accommodating and did everything they could to make the visit as pleasant as they could. No shaming, no threatening, no fear! We love Beach Kids Dentistry.
My son just had a crown and sealant put on molars today and while I couldn’t sit with him and hold his hand from the other side of the room, the technician/assistant did that without me asking. It was really meaningful that they recognize how difficult procedures can be for children and treat them with respect and understanding.
My daughter did very well today for her six month check in. This was her third visit and first time getting a full cleaning. Each time we have gone in the staff was very patient and kind. Veronica, dental assistant, showed my daughter each tool she was going to use and even touched her little fingers with them to show that they don’t hurt. Veronica talked to her the whole time encouraging her how well she was doing. Then Dr. Clark came in remembering my daughter from last time (only met her one other time) and has such a sweet personality. My daughter was so happy with her visit that she wanted to go back to get her teeth cleaned again! I highly recommend going to Beach Kids Dentistry even for the little ones who are not even two yet.
Love how they set aside one day a month for children with sensory issues! It was a very quiet, calming environment so my son’s first dental appointment went very smoothly. Dr. Ashley Holmes and their staff were super supportive, friendly, informative and patient with him. It was a wonderful experience and we will be returning for our 6 months check up.
My daughter used to be so scared to go to the dentist, and all of that dissolved when we switched to Beach Kids Dentistry. Both Dr. Jessica and Dr. Ashley are so welcoming, kind, and professional, as are the front desk staff and hygienists. We drive quite a distance because we have been so pleased with Beach Kids Dentistry, and we cannot recommend this pediatric dentistry practice more!

Dr. Clark is an experienced, kind and knowledgeable pediatric dentist who has been providing excellent dental care to my 4 year old and 2 year old. Her office is welcoming, modern and equipped with the latest technology and equipment to provide excellent care. Dr. Clark takes the time to explain procedures and help patients understand what’s going on in their mouths. She is extremely patient and listens to any concerns or questions parents and children may have. The quality of care provided by Dr. Clark and her team is top-notch.

We have been going to Beach Kids for about 3 years now. We usually see Dr. Jessica but this last time my boys say Dr. Nate. They loved him! He was so patient with them, and explained everything to me about my oldest needing sealants soon. My boys love going to the dentist and never seemed scared or nervous. And I love getting the Smile Reports in case I forget anything. Definitely recommend this office!
We had a very pleasant experience with Dr. Ashley and the dental assistants. The staff were patient and answered all of my questions. I didn’t get her name but one dental assistant stood out the most, she interacted with my youngest very well. She is good with kids! My son previously had a traumatic experience and he stated that this place is the best. Dr. Ashley discussed with me in detail everything with my 3 kids and she answered all my questions. At the check out the woman was polite and patient with me to figure out my next appointment and she didn’t rush me. Overall all of the staff are kind and positive. They acknowledge good dental hygiene with a kids club and welcome new kids on a chalk surf board. My kids really liked seeing their name on it. We found our new pediatric dental office— highly recommend.

This was our first visit. Loved that they were able to take both of my kids at the same time. The hygienists were so friendly and focused on making sure the kids were comfortable. Dr. Shapiro also had a calm and professional demeanor. We are looking forward to making this our kid’s forever dentist office.
I would highly recommend Dr. Clark and her staff! My boys are a bit nervous when it comes to the dentist and they take such good care of them, easing their nerves and making it a breeze. I appreciate Dr. Clark’s clinical expertise and the fact that she does not push treatments that children are not quite comfortable with yet, for example, sealants. We are very happy with our experience at Beach Kids Dentistry!
