New Patient Information
At Beach Kids Dentistry, we believe in clear communication and protecting your rights as a patient. Below, you’ll find our Section 1557 Notice & Grievance Policy, as well as our HIPAA Privacy Policies in both English and Spanish. We’re committed to making this information easily accessible so you can feel confident and informed every step of the way.
Insurance Information
If we have your insurance information on file on the day of your appointment, then we are happy to file your claim for you. However, if part of your bill is not covered by insurance, it is your responsibility to pay the remaining balance. Within 30 days of your receipt, your insurance company is required by law to pay each claim. After 30 days, you are responsible for your account’s balance. A 1.5% re-billing fee will be added to your account each month until it is paid. If your insurance pays us, we will be glad to offer a refund. If you have any changes in your patient information, such as a change in employment or address, please let us know as soon as possible.
Please note that we do not accept Medicare/Medicaid. However, we do accept the following insurance plans:

Your payment is due at the time that dental treatment is provided. We will make every effort to provide a treatment plan that fits your timetable and budget while giving your child the best possible care. The forms of payment we accept include:
